Refunds – Product Replacement

You have the right to send us the product you purchased and ask for a change in size or color. You can return your product within 15 days.

The date of shipping is considered the date that is stated on the receipt of the courier. Note, that the returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by the necessary documents (e.g. retail receipt), and having all their tags.

RETURN PROCEDURE WITHIN GREECE:

1. Inform our company and justify why the reason of replacement of the product by calling on (+30) 211 7250 500 or by email to sales@bettersport.gr.

2. We approve the return.

3. You must send the product in our company only via DOOR to DOOR COURIER by calling 11120 (in areas where this service is not convenient, you can call GENIKI TAHIDROMIKI COURIER) and charge Ger.Kaminaris & Co. Street Psaron 3 Peristeri, t.k.12132, Athens, tel. (+30) 211 7250 500.

The package must be received in perfect condition, packed-covered with nylon and have a "FRAGILE" sticker which will be available from the shipping company.

Returns of products with damaged or torn packaging will not be accepted. Shoes with taped or written boxes will not be accepted either.

In these cases the parcel will be returned to the client with delivery charge.

4. We deliver the replacement product with a 5,00€ charge. In case you wish to replace again the product that we shipped, you are fully charged for transportation costs. This means that you will send back the product with 10,00€ charge.

ATTENTION:

- All transport costs are charged to the customer.

- Your parcel will be sent as "REGISTERED" followed by Tracking Number for there to be a possibility of monitoring.

- Our company bears no responsibility until the delivery of the product. The responsibility lies entirely on the customer.

- The package must be received in perfect condition, packed-covered. Returns of products with damaged or torn packaging will not be accepted. Shoes with taped or written boxes will not be accepted either.
