Kaminaris & Co, creator of www.bettersport.gr online stores, offers its services under the following "Terms of Use". By using this online store, customers have confirmed that they fully accept these terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood them before using www.bettersport.gr

1. General Information

All information concerning products and services is valid and truthful subject for any technical or typographic errors.

A. SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days for shipping within Greece, but this may be subject to change due to weather conditions and/or delivery in remote areas. The customer will be informed of these changes.

(Orders completed until 13:00 are shipped on the same day)

B. SHIPPING OUTSIDE GREECE

Orders shipped to countries outsided Greece will be carried out by either DHL or the Greek Post Office (ELTA).

Delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days for European countries and 4-10 working days for the rest of the world.

In all cases, the customer receives an email or sms with the tracking number.

We do everything possible to ensure that the availability of the products appearing on the website bettersport.gr, meet the real reserve that exists in our stock. Nevertheless if, in special cases, there is a problem with the availability of products chosen by the customer, he will be informed immediately.

2. Safety

All your requested information/personal details, during transactions, is completely safe. Any information will be used exclusively by authorized staff to ensure communication between us.

Create a personal account

Once you put the data required in the fields of "create an account" page, your personal account is created. By stating your username (email address) and password (secret code) you can manage your profile whenever you want and be informed about the progress of your order. The only responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account is you. The online store “bettersport.gr” is not responsible for the use of your password by an unauthorized person.

Purchase by credit card via Eurobank

All transactions with credit - debit cards take place in the safe environment of Eurobank bank.  This means that no element of your credit card information is stored on the server of the website bettersport.gr. Eurobank uses SSL communication protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with encryption up to 256bit, which ensures the safety of secure transactions online.

3.Payment methods

A. PAYMENT METHODS WITHIN GREECE

Payment by Credit CardWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron.

Payment via PayPal: Payment through the secure server of PayPal. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute

Payment by bank transfer.

Collect from store: If you complete and pay for your order through the website "bettersport.gr" you can pick it from any of our store that serves you. In this case, you inform us about the store that is convenient for you by phone or by note in the field you will find with the name"customer note".

Payment upon receipt of your order (at delivery) is charged with 2.00€ regardless of the purchase amount. You will have to pay the employee of the transport company who delivers your order at your place. The method of payment on delivery applies to all cities of Greece, regardless of weight. 

B. PAYMENT METHODS OUTSIDE GREECE

4.Difference between "store value" and "e-shop price"

In our online store you will find some products with lower price than in our physical stores and this is part of our company's pricing policy we wish to have its website best prices throughout the year.

The separation of values between the online and physical store, can be seen in the page of each product (above the size menu).

All products presented as "sale", which are at a discount, have the same price on the online store and physical stores.

5.Order - Product Delivery - Delivery Charges

Once your order is completed you receive a confirmation number via e-mail.

A. FOR ORDERS WITHIN GREECE

All orders, which are paid at delivery, need to be confirmed by phone before they are shipped. This is why we prefer you to provide us a telephone number where we can easily find you.

The sooner we confirm your order, the sooner we will ship it to you. Orders that are not confirmed are not completed.

Orders paid by Credit card, Bank Transfer or Paypal, are shipped without confirmation

Shipping costs for orders of  60,00€ and over are free

Shipping costs for orders under 60,00€ are 3,00€.

The above prices include VAT

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday usually morning, but there is the possibility of delivery Saturday with extra charge 3,00€.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Pickup from a bettersport store: Once you have completed and payed your order through the website '' bettersport.gr '' you can pick it up from a bettersport store that you wish (a telephone contact with a representative of our company is needed).

B. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE GREECE

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union will be carried out by DHL.

For countries outside EU we use either DHL or the Greek Post Office.

Delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days for European countries and 4-10 working days for the rest of the world.

In all cases, the customer receives an email or sms with the tracking number.

Please register a telephone number, preferably mobile, so that the courier service can communicate with you

6. Checkout failure

Our aim is all orders to be completed with success, as soon as possible.However, in rare cases it may not be possible to complete the shipment of your order. Some of the reasons is the incorrect updating of product availability, the simultaneous sale of a product in any of our physical stores and finally the failure of communication with the customer.

7. Product replacement

You have the right to send us the product you purchased and ask for a change in size or color. You can return your product within 15 days.

The date of shipping is considered the date that is stated on the receipt of the courier. Note, that the returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, accompanied by the necessary documents (e.g. retail receipt), and having all their tags.

RETURN PROCEDURE WITHIN GREECE:

1. Inform our company and justify why the reason of replacement of the product by calling on (+30) 211 7250 500 or by email to sales@bettersport.gr.

2. We approve the return.

3. You must send the product in our company only via ELTA PORTA PORTA COURIER by calling 11120 (in areas where this service is not convenient, you can call GENIKI TAHIDROMIKI COURIER) and charge Ger.Kaminaris & Co. Psaron 3, Peristeri, t.k.12133, Athens, tel. (+30) 211 7250 500.

The package must be received in perfect condition, packed-covered with nylon and have a "FRAGILE" sticker which will be available from the shipping company.

Returns of products with damaged or torn packaging will not be accepted. Shoes with taped or written boxes will not be accepted either. Finally products that have been used will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

In
 these cases, the product will be refunded back to the customer with his own charge 10  (the ammount of 10  is the cost of the dispatch from the customer to bettersport company and the return of bettersport company to the customer).

4. We deliver the replacement product with a 5,00€ charge. In case you wish to replace again the product that we shipped, you are fully charged for transportation costs. This means that you will send back the product with 10,00€ charge.

RETURN PROCEDURE OUTSIDE GREECE:

1. Inform our company and justify why the reason of replacement of the product by calling on (+30) 211 7250 500 or by email to sales@bettersport.gr.

2. We approve the return.

ATTENTION:

- All transport costs are charged to the customer.

- Your parcel will be sent as "REGISTERED" "followed by Tracking Number for there to be a possibility of monitoring.

- Our company bears no responsibility until the delivery of the product. The responsibility lies entirely on the customer.

- The package must be received in perfect condition, packed-covered. Returns of products with damaged or torn packaging will not be accepted. Shoes with taped or written boxes will not be accepted either.  Products that have been used will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer.

Payments of the shipping cost of the new product can be made via Paypal or Bank account.

8. Return procedure due to withdrawal of the customer (refund)

A. REFUND PROCEDURE WITHIN GREECE

In case of a refund, you need to disclose your bank account so we can deposit the amount paid for your order minus 3,00€ for the cost of returning the product, in case that you had already paid shipping charges (for purchases under 60,00€).
If the order was for more than 60,00€, then 6,00€ will be deducted, 3,00 for the original shipping costs and 3,00 for the return of the product.

If the customer wishes to cancel his order and it has already been shipped from our premises and is out for delivery, then they are refunded only the price of the product, excluding any shipping costs that they have been charged for.

Refunds are made in compliance with the following:

- Prior consultation with our customer service department at the phone  (+30) 211 7250 500 or via email to: sales@bettersport.gr.

- We must receive the product in perfect condition just just like we had sent it,with all its supporting material (receipt, tags, special packaging etc.).

Products whose original packaging is damaged, written or wrapped with duct tape will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with delivery charges.

In these cases we reserve the right not to accept the return.

 The products  are sent exclusively by courier Porta Porta (tel.11120) and Geniki Tahidromiki.

B. REFUND PROCEDURE OUTSIDE GREECE

We will refund your money in the same way you made your payment (Paypal, Credit card, Bank transfer).

Refunds are made in compliance with the following:

- Prior consultation with our customer service department at the phone  (+30) 211 7250 500 or via email to: sales@bettersport.gr.

- We must receive the product in perfect condition just just like we had sent it,with all its supporting material (receipt, tags, special packaging etc.). Please pay attention to the packaging of the product.Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept your request for refund.

- You must send the product to the following address:

9. Defective products

A. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE

In cases where demonstrably poor quality products were sold by G. KAMINARIS & co, like defective or damaged during transport,  we take full responsibility of their replacement and the cost of returning and reshipping.

Products that customer claims that are defective will be checked and if the customer's request is approved then the product will be replaced, but only once.

The approval process takes 4-5 business day. (Washed shoes in the washing machine can’t be replaced in any way).

In case of unavailability of the product, is refundable. After we receive the defective product will refund the full amount you were charged (product cost and shipping costs for orders below € 60).

A. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OUTSIDE GREECE

In cases where demonstrably poor quality products were sold by G. KAMINARIS & co, like defective or damaged during transport,  we take full responsibility of their replacement and the cost of returning and reshipping.

The procedure is the following:

- Send us several photos from the defective product at e-mail address: customerservice@bettersport.gr

- We approve your return, after looking at your request. The approval process takes 4 - 5 working days.

-After receiving the defective product, we replace it with a new if available, or, in case of non-availibility, with another of your choice if you wish. We replace a defective product just once. Washed shoes in the washing machine are not replaced in any case.

-In case of unavailability, the product is refundable. After we receive the defective product will refund the full amount you were charged (product cost and shipping costs), as well as the cost you were charged to send us the defective product.
