Do I have to notify you when I want to return something?

Yes, you have to contact us on the phone number 211 7250 500 so we can explain the return process. 

Can I exchange my product for a different size, colour or product?

Of course, you can make any exchange you want within 15 days, if the product and its package are in original condition. 

Do I have to pay shipping costs to return the product? 

In case of product exchange, you can return your item(s) free of charge (consignee is charged) with ELTA Porta Porta Courier by calling 11120 or with Geniki Taxydromiki. 

When we receive the item, we ship the exchange item(s) with a cost of  5,00 € if you pay cash on delivery (3,00 € shipping cost + 2,00 € cash on delivery charge) or 3,00 € if you pay by bank transfer. 

How much time does it take for my product exchange to be processed? 

Our goal is to ship exchange products within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. 

After we ship, standard courier delivery times apply. 

The products I received are faulty. Can I return them? 

In cases when it is proven that G. Kaminaris & Sia O.E. company has provided faulty products to customers (such as factory defective products or products damaged during transport), then we replace the products and cover return and replacement shipping costs. 

Products the customer deems as faulty will be checked and if we accept their claim, will be eligible for an one-time replacement. 

Product checks and replacement approval takes 4-10 working days.

Shoes washed in the washing machine will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
