Shipping
Shipping costs are as follows:
• Free for orders over € 60,00. *
• € 3,00 for orders below € 60,00.
Products are shipped via ELTA Porta Porta courier, Geniki Taxydromiki or Aiolos courier (if delivery address is within Attica).
The free shipping service only applies to orders within Greece.
Returns
You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our store and request an exchange in size or color.
The period of time you can make your return is 15 calendar days after the day you received your order. It is of utmost importance that the returned products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, along with the necessary documents (e.g. proof of purchase), as well as any included product tags. Products whose packaging is damaged or torn and shoe boxes that have been closed with tape will not be accepted.
Product exchange process
You inform our company of the reason why you want to exchange the product(s). This can be done by phone at 211 7250 500 or by e-mail at info@bettersport.gr
We approve the return.
You ship the product(s) back to our company only via ELTA Porta Porta courier by calling 11120 (in the areas where this service is not available, you can call Geniki Taxydromiki), with shipping costs charged to Ger. Kaminaris & SIA OE at 70 Lefkossias Street, Peristeri, 12133, tel. 211 7250 500.
We ship the exchange item(s) to you with a charge of 5,00 € if you pay cash on delivery (3,00 € for the shipping costs + 2,00 € for cash on delivery) or you can pay 3,00 € with a bank transfer. The exchange shipment is done after we receive your return shipment.
