For orders over €70,00 shipping is free!

For orders under €69,99 the shipping cost is as follows:

• ELTA Courier €2,50
• BOX NOW €2,50
• ACS Courier €3,50

Cash on Delivery: The cash-on-delivery service is available for an additional charge of €2,50.

Delivery time ranges from 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery area. In areas designated as remote, there may be a delay in delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.

In all cases, the customer receives an email or SMS with the tracking number.

Pick-up from a bettersport physical store

Upon completing your order, you have the option to choose to pick it up from one of our 4 physical stores, within 1-3 business days.

Exchange - Return

You have the right to send us the product you purchased and request its exchange or return within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

We must receive the product in perfect condition, exactly as we sent it to you, with all of its accompanying items (receipt, tags, special packaging, etc.). Products whose original packaging is damaged, written on, or wrapped with adhesive tape will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

* For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

Product exchange process

1. You inform our company that you wish to proceed with an exchange. This is done by phone at 211 7250 500 or by email at info@bettersport.gr

2. We approve the return.

3. a. You send the product to our company via ELTA Porta Porta courier by calling 11120 (in areas not served by this service, you can call ACS), charged to Ger. Kaminaris & Sia O.E. at 70 Lefkosias Street, Peristeri, P.C. 12133, Athens, tel. 211 7250 500. You are not charged the return costs.

b. Customers who received their order via Box Now can return their parcel with the following simple process:

• Choose the Locker that serves you (to see the available lockers click here).
• Type the ten-digit parcel id on the screen – which you can find either on the voucher, or in the email/viber/sms you received from Box Now.
• Place the parcel inside the locker.
• Close the locker.

4. The charges for the new shipment are as follows:

• ELTA Courier €2,50
• BOX NOW €2,50
• ACS Courier €3,50

Cash on Delivery: The cash-on-delivery service is available for an additional charge of €2,50. If you wish, you can pay only the shipping cost via bank transfer and thus save the cash-on-delivery cost. Should you wish to exchange the product you received again, you bear the full return and reshipment costs.
